Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, the trailer must be in the same condition as when you received it.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. We are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during transit. You are also responsible for shipping and insurance costs (if applicable) for all returns. If your return is eligible, your refund will not include any shipping and handling charges that may be listed on the packing slip or invoice.

Exchanges

  • We will replace defective or damaged goods, as well as non-defective goods that do not match the description. If you believe a product is defective or different from your order, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase and provide details of the product and the defect. We will then inform you of our return policy.

Inspection and Approval

  • Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
  • Approved returns will be processed, and a refund or replacement will be issued based on your preference.

Refunds

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-designed trailers are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
  • Trailers not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective trailer, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Non Defective Items

  • If you receive your trailer and it doesn’t match the specifications stated, please contact us within 30 days to make arrangements for a return.
